This fun and engaging class introduces young students to the fundamentals of yoga through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Designed to support physical development and emotional well-being, Youth Yoga helps build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Each class includes age-appropriate poses, games, and relaxation techniques to help kids feel confident, calm, and connected — both on and off the mat.
