DescriptionMaker Invention Studio is for kids ready to dig in and build real working inventions from scratch! In this hands-on makers class, students explore electronics, coding, mechanics, and creative problem-solving while learning to use real prototyping tools. Kids will design mechanisms, build their own circuits, and program microcontroller computers using Scratch and Python. They’ll assemble and test an electric motor, create electronic instruments, build interactive light shows, develop motion-sensing gadgets, and even train their first AI. Along the way, they’ll take apart everyday objects to see how they work, design their own games and user interfaces, experiment with sensors, and solve real engineering challenges all while learning to think like real engineers. No experience required, just curiosity and creativity!
