To provide the best possible experience, deposits are used to plan and secure staff for our school and camp seasons.
For this reason, all deposits up to 50% are non-refundable.
Additional Policies:
Homeschool Program: We work hard to meet the needs of each age group, and spend much time intentionally staffing so that each child is well-supported when they are here. For this reason, the days you register for are not transferrable.
Camp: If you do need to cancel due to illness, we are happy to apply your balance to a future program, available camp week, after school club, or school vacation week program.
Horseback Riding Lessons: Cancellations for riding lessons must be at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within the appropriate time, a make-up lesson will be scheduled shortly. In the event of predicted bad weather that is unsafe to ride in (thunderstorms, snowstorms, hurricane, etc.), we will do our best to notify 24 hours in advance for a cancellation, and make-up lessons will be scheduled. WINTER RIDING STUDENTS: Please note that we will always consider the health and safety of our horses when making temperature-based cancellations. It is possible that some winter days (with combined factors such as wind chill, frozen ground, coat density, etc.), we may determine that it is too cold for our horses to be worked safely. If this occurs, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.
We appreciate your understanding and support as these policies help us maintain the quality and consistency of our programs. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!
