Description
At FunWithBots students at all experience levels learn about robotics using LEGO Mindstorms and WeDo® robotics kits and other materials. Topics include sturdy design, mechanical and structural engineering, logic and coding in all LEGO programming languages, troubleshooting and debugging, design and coding skills. Students will have an opportunity to join our competition FIRST LEGO League teams. Returning students work on NEW CHALLENGES to advance their individual learning. Coach Shauna is a Level 3 trained International Baccalaureate teacher who has taught IB PYP and the IB Diploma Programme. Class is open to students grades K-8. Students work with others in their age group using developmentally appropriate materials.

No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
Cancellation policy
All Camp/Workshop refund requests must be made in writing. Requests received by 5pm 30 days or more prior to program start date will be honored less a $50 processing fee. Requests received by 5pm between 30 days and 15 days prior to program start date will be 50% refunded. Requests received less than 15 days prior to program start date are not refundable.
All Monthly Subscription cancellation requests must be made in writing. Requests received by 5pm 15 days or more prior to program start date will be cancelled without fee. Requests received less than 15 days prior to program start date will be cancelled with a processing fee equal to one month tuition.

Build, Code, Make, Create with us today! FunWithBots creates "Stealth Learning" FUN for VPK-12th grade students
FUN and engaging Robotics Clubs, Competitive Teams, and Summer Camps for preschool to high school age kids. Learn math, physics, coding, and mechanical and structural engineering while having FUN with LEGO! Our hands-on programs are inquiry based to allow students the freedom to build social skills and lasting friendships as they explore and learn technology such as coding, robotics, and other STEAM skills. Featuring LEGO MINDSTORMS, LEGO WeDo, Arduino, Snap Circuits, and other technology tools, students at any level will be challenged while making friends and having fun. Our clubs are open to students who are enrolled in VPK - grade 12 with an interest in furthering their knowledge of robotics and building teamwork and social skills. We integrate a full range of STEM concepts into the program by undertaking projects of varying levels.
